About

A publicly-traded technology commercialization company, Avisio's mission is to unlock the value of high-potential assets and transform them into high-value businesses.  Leveraging an experienced management team, best-of-breed commercialization processes and resources, and access to worldwide capital sources, Avisio is able to efficiently manage every detail of this complex transformation process from “asset concept to customer’s hands”.

Avisio seeks to acquire high-potential assets, create a majority-owned private business entity around each asset, infuse the capital needed to jump-start and build each portfolio company to a highly profitable level, and exit the private company by selling it or taking it public.  By replicating this process multiple times per year, Avisio will leverage its resources across a cadre of business units creating a consistent and predictable revenue and cash flow stream.
